Shipping & Returns

Every painting leaves the studio carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Works are wrapped in protective material and shipped in a reinforced cardboard box. I take this part seriously — these are large, original works and they deserve to arrive the way they left.

Shipping Delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination. For international orders, please allow 4–8 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping within Australia All works ship via a tracked, insured courier service. Delivery is typically within 2 weeks of purchase, though this may be affected by frame availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Framing All works are currently shipped framed and ready to hang. Each painting is built on a stretched canvas and will always be shipped that way — the nature of the material means works are never rolled.

Returns Each work is an original, one-of-a-kind piece. If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the work immediately and contact me within 48 hours at hello@penelopeslaney.com. I will work with you to resolve it.

As all works are original artworks, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, I encourage you to reach out — I'm happy to share additional photographs, detail shots, or answer any questions.

Commissions For commissioned works, the 50% deposit paid on confirmation is non-refundable. Balance is due on completion, prior to shipping.
